Job Role and Responsibilities

We are searching for a Provider Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for physicians, nurse practitioners (NPs), and physician assistants (PAs) across several states in a remote capacity.

Key Duties

• Partner with clinical and operational management to anticipate staffing requirements and create effective sourcing plans.
• Identify, screen, interview, and evaluate healthcare professionals to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout recruitment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource information systems (HRIS).
• Experience in healthcare recruiting, preferably handling candidates across multiple states.
• Capability to work efficiently in a fully remote environment.
