Role overview
This fully remote Customer Success Manager position focuses on strengthening client partnerships, increasing retention, and helping customers achieve meaningful results with the company’s products and services. Compensation
The monthly pay range for this position is $7,200 to $9,200.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Schedule and lead customer check-ins and success review conversations.
- Track customer satisfaction and engagement trends.
- Spot opportunities to improve customer loyalty and reduce churn.
- Work closely with internal teams to address client requirements.
- Handle escalated customer issues in a calm and professional manner.
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing relationship roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Confident written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
- Ability to manage several client accounts at the same time.
- A dedicated remote work setup is required.
