Job Overview
LaSalle Network is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to support a leading benefits enrollment company specializing in healthcare, life insurance, and disability benefits services. This position offers a key client-facing role involved in benefits education, enrollment processing, and solving customer inquiries within an energetic, client-centered atmosphere.
Key Duties
- Provide clear guidance and information to callers regarding benefit plans, enrollment systems, and associated procedures.
- Handle enrollment transactions meticulously, taking full responsibility for resolving any arising issues.
- Investigate customer concerns and proactively follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Support company initiatives and fulfill administrative responsibilities as assigned.
- Utilize multiple digital tools efficiently, including AI-driven resources, Microsoft Teams, and client portals, to maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Completion of high school diploma is required.
- Minimum of two years' experience in customer service roles.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to maintain conversational fluency.
- Highly resourceful with strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Consistently deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a positive demeanor in a fast-moving environment.

- Hourly Wage: $18
