About the Role
Rexford Industrial Realty Inc. is looking for a Remote Chat Support Representative to handle customer conversations through live chat in a professional and efficient way. This fully remote opportunity suits people who write clearly, enjoy solving customer problems, and are comfortable working in a busy digital support environment. Paid training is included to help you get up to speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer questions through live chat with speed, professionalism, and courtesy.
- Share correct details about products, services, and customer requests.
- Work through customer issues while keeping the experience positive and helpful.
- Route more complicated matters to the relevant team when needed.
- Record customer conversations and keep support notes accurate and organized.
- Work according to established service procedures and quality expectations.
- Manage several chat threads at once without sacrificing accuracy.
- Partner with teammates to strengthen support workflows and service quality.
- Stay on target with response time, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

Applicants must have reliable high-speed internet, a dedicated home workspace, and the ability to work remotely from within the United States. Candidates must also be legally authorized to work in the United States.
