Role Overview
The position requires a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience implementing and configuring Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in Reltio's data modeling, match and merge capabilities, survivorship, and crosswalk management. Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Groovy scripting, and Java customizations related to MDM is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers ensuring effective execution of projects.
- Design and implement scalable software architectures and frameworks aligned with project demands.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and align deliverables with business goals.
- Maintain high code quality by conducting regular reviews and enforcing best coding practices.
- Create and update technical documentation covering software architecture, APIs, and integration points.
- Identify and manage technical risks during the development lifecycle.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant innovations into workflows.
- Facilitate agile methodologies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Reltio MDM implementations and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Reltio Data Model, Match & Merge, Survivorship, and Crosswalk features.
- Expertise in REST APIs, Groovy scripting, and Java development for MDM customizations.
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as Reltio Integration Hub, Informatica Cloud, Boomi, and MuleSoft.
- Competence in SQL and NoSQL databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Exposure to cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Solid understanding of MDM principles, data governance processes, and data quality frameworks.
