- Efficiently spot sales prospects within the local market.
- Possess thorough understanding of loan products and their processing procedures.
- Quickly assimilate new information and skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the local language with sound communication capabilities; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Focus intensively on customer needs and strive to exceed service expectations.
Experience and Qualifications
- Preferably 1 to 4 years of experience within the finance sector.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Familiarity with local clientele and targeted business networks.
- Age limit between 18 and 35 years.
- A graduate degree is mandatory.
- Previous sales experience is beneficial.
- Own a two-wheeler vehicle is preferred.
