Key Responsibilities and Challenges
- Establishing strong brand recall among distributors for the diverse range of BSLAMC products.
- Keeping updated with market trends, competitor activities, and distributor insights in a dynamic environment.
- Ensuring prompt resolution of investor service issues with quick turnaround times.
Primary Accountabilities
- Retail Sales Execution: Drive sales growth from existing relationships and support regional sales targets. Utilize market intelligence to identify, pitch, and acquire new clients in collaboration with channel partners. Profile distributors to meet their specific business requirements, ensuring sustained engagement.
- Distributor Empanelment & Engagement: Regularly engage distributors through meetings and communication. Manage empanelment and activation processes and timely dissemination of product updates and relevant information.
- Reporting and Compliance: Maintain complete adherence to internal reporting standards and audit requirements. Submit weekly progress reports to Regional and Channel Heads, and consistently update sales portals for effective data management and analysis.
