Job Overview
Wealthy is seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to join their Bengaluru team to drive partner recruitment and business development initiatives.
Primary Duties
- Identify and engage with potential partners following the established sales protocols to onboard new collaborators effectively.
- Facilitate partner activation to ensure early success and productivity in new partnerships.
- Convert qualified leads into active business opportunities by managing follow-ups and securing deal closures efficiently.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with partners to sustain ongoing business growth.
- Stay informed about the latest products, launches, and process updates to effectively educate partners on offerings and value propositions.
- Adhere strictly to the sales lifecycle, including lead management, deal closure, and comprehensive reporting through CRM systems.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and uphold ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Commit to continuous professional growth through participation in training programs, improving product knowledge, sales techniques, and relationship management skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities to build rapport and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Proven skills in sales and negotiation to drive successful deal closures.
- Experience or understanding of managing client relationships is essential.
- Basic familiarity with financial products is advantageous, though not mandatory.
