This opening is for a Relationship Manager focused on Loan Against Property (LAP) business in Hyderabad. The position sits with Freecharge Business and Technology Solutions Limited, which is a subsidiary of Axis Bank.
Compensation
The offered cost-to-company is in the range of ₹3.5 to ₹4.5 LPA, depending on the candidate’s experience.
Key responsibilities
- Source LAP customers from the open market.
- Drive new business through field sales, referral generation, and lead generation efforts.
- Develop and nurture customer relationships that support business expansion.
- Meet monthly sales goals while maintaining sourcing quality and following compliance standards.
Eligibility and experience
Candidates should bring 2 to 3 years of experience in LAP sales, with mandatory exposure to open market sourcing. The role also calls for strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities. Applicants must be comfortable travelling within the assigned territory.
Additional requirements
- Age should be between 21 and 35 years.
- CIBIL score of 650 or higher is mandatory.
