About the Role
Become an integral member of our Regional Security Operations Centre (RSOC), a proactive 24/7 command centre safeguarding multiple sites across the Asia-Pacific region. As an RSOC Operator, you will act as the initial line of defense, managing incidents, evaluating threats, and coordinating crisis responses.
Work Schedule
- Operate on a 5-day rotating shift schedule
- Shift timings include 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee security infrastructure such as CCTV, alarm systems, and access controls throughout the region
- Conduct live monitoring of potential threats and ongoing situations
- Respond promptly and escalate security incidents across sites
- Coordinate actions with on-site personnel and emergency responders
- Maintain comprehensive records including logs and incident documentation
- Demonstrate constant alertness and maintain professionalism in high-pressure settings
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a PLRD license (Security Supervisor Officer or above) and an SSM certificate
- At least two years of practical experience in an RSOC Operator role
- Excellent communication and decisive judgment abilities
- Adaptability to rotating shifts and continuous 24/7 operational demands
- Familiarity with Security Operations Centre procedures, emergency response protocols, and crisis management
- Basic IT skills, including networking fundamentals and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Traits such as punctuality, discipline, and heightened situational awareness
- Willingness to submit to background verifications and periodic re-certifications
