Role overview
This position is for a motivated Regional Sales Manager to spearhead growth, widen market reach, and strengthen revenue performance for a premium residential modular interiors business.
Location and reporting
The role is based in Chennai, Bangalore, or Erode. It reports to the Business Head or Regional Director in Sales.
What the role involves
You will take full ownership of the assigned region, expand the market footprint, create and nurture a strong network of architects and channel partners, and guide a high-performing sales team to consistently deliver strong revenue outcomes.
Key expectations
The position calls for a professional with a solid track record in consultative selling, leading teams, managing relationships, and driving business development in industries such as building materials, interiors, furniture, home improvement, or similar sectors.
Compensation
The advertised salary range is INR 10,00,000 to INR 15,00,000 per year.
