Overview
Join US Med-Equip, a rapidly expanding healthcare company recognized as a Top Workplace and an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing company, on their mission to provide essential medical equipment and services nationwide. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee multiple branch operations within a specific region, ensuring delivery of quality equipment and service to hospital partners while leading and developing branch employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Guarantee that branches have all necessary equipment, resources, and support to effectively serve hospital clients.
- Lead business planning and professional development activities to ensure branch adherence to company policies, operational standards, and safety.
- Develop and execute strategies to boost hospital partner satisfaction and foster career growth for branch staff.
- Recruit, hire, train, and engage branch leadership talent; conduct regular meetings with Team Leaders.
- Address personnel management including coaching, disciplinary actions, recognition, training, performance evaluations, and advise on compensation, promotions, and terminations.
- Monitor and manage branch budgets and operational metrics, analyze processes for continual improvement.
- Support implementation of programs to maximize equipment utilization and maintenance efficiencies alongside labor and material cost controls.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) and/or a minimum of 5 years managing multiple business sites.
- Demonstrate exceptional integrity, strong work ethic, teamwork, and a steadfast dedication to delivering value to customers and staff.
- Possess knowledge of the medical equipment industry.
- Exceptional communication, listening, leadership, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of financial management, operational metrics, orders, inventory data, and trends.
- Experience successfully managing teams remotely.
