About the Role

As a Regional Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of corporate accounts within the Enterprise segment of Amex GBT Egencia. You will cultivate strategic relationships with these clients and work to increase the portion of their travel expenditure managed by Amex GBT Egencia. Your efforts will focus on driving revenue growth, ensuring sustainable profitability, and maintaining client retention over the long term.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal and external teams, including global account managers, to formulate and execute both short-term and long-term business strategies to develop and advance travel programs.
Collect, analyze, and relay client feedback to guide future enhancements in product development.
Establish and nurture mutually advantageous relationships by providing products and services that generate cost savings and improvements for clients and deliver additional revenue for Egencia.
Regularly conduct business reviews to evaluate progress against travel program objectives and recommend improvements through detailed action plans.
Support sales and implementation teams to facilitate successful program launches.
Work collaboratively on tasks and projects within a team setting and identify ways to support team initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Experience in account management, familiarity with online booking tools, and exposure to the corporate travel industry are advantageous.
Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts with the ability to clearly communicate its benefits and impacts on business travel.
Analytical skills to interpret data and formulate strategic recommendations.
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven skills in marketing and supporting online products.
Capability to develop, execute, and monitor effective action plans.
Excellent communication skills suited to adjusting messaging based on the audience.
Ability to detect shifts in customer behaviors and respond appropriately.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to travel approximately 25-30% of the time.

Additional Information

Preference is given to candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone due to business needs.

Location: Ohio, United States

Salary Range: $84,700 to $157,300 annually. Actual salary depends on role complexity, relevant experience, skills, and location.

In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a sales incentive plan tailored to specific sales roles.
