Recruitment / Training Officer

About the Role

A respected security company located in Berger, Lagos, is looking to hire a Recruitment Officer to bolster their HR department. The successful candidate will be tasked with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the recruitment process to ensure the organization is staffed with qualified personnel.

Key Duties

• Identify and attract qualified candidates via diverse recruitment sources.
• Evaluate CVs and select appropriate candidates for interviews.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates thoroughly.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding workflows efficiently.
• Keep an updated and organized candidate database.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Produce recruitment reports and adhere to timely hiring goals.
• Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies and employment laws.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• At least two years of proven recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proficient in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Competent in Microsoft Office software.
• Able to perform under pressure and achieve recruitment objectives.
• Previous recruitment experience within a security firm is advantageous.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is ₦160,000 to ₦200,000 monthly.
