Role overview
Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited, part of the global Keda Group, is looking for a Recruitment Supervisor to take ownership of the full hiring cycle across a wide range of roles, from production-floor positions through supervisor-level appointments. The company manufactures high-quality tiles for Ghana and West Africa using advanced technology and sustainable methods.
This is a visible, people-facing position that calls for someone confident, well connected, organized, persuasive, and comfortable representing the business in both formal and community settings. The right person will be energetic, detail-oriented, and able to influence candidates, stakeholders, and internal teams with ease.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for skilled workers, operational staff, and factory-based employees.
- Maintain the Offer Approval sheet and keep recruitment records accurate and current.
- Coordinate onboarding, including liaison with banks to ensure new employee accounts are opened and verified.
- Make sure all onboarding paperwork is complete and compliant.
- Lead compensation discussions and negotiate salary terms for skilled roles.
- Compile and review recruitment reports and related data.
- Act as the company’s representative in external meetings with artisan groups, communities, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and support recruitment outreach activities in target communities.
- Develop and sustain relationships with assembly members, community leaders, and local influencers to support hiring efforts.
- Manage confirmation for casual staff and keep records accurate.
- Ensure every new hire completes the joining checklist.
- Guide, supervise, and support the recruitment team to encourage strong performance and best practices.
- Deliver coaching, mentoring, and training to strengthen the team’s capability and efficiency.
Candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be polished, confident, highly organized, articulate, and thorough. They must be proactive, results-focused, and able to act independently without constant follow-up. Public speaking, persuasive communication, and relationship-building are essential parts of the role.
Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required; a master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
- At least 4 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for both factory-level and supervisory roles.
- Strong English communication skills, including clear written and spoken expression.
- Good analytical ability and experience preparing recruitment reports.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word, and familiar with online recruitment systems.
