Overview
Bajaj Life Insurance Company Limited is searching for a Recruitment Specialist based in Kolkata, West Bengal. The key focus of this role is to identify and onboard suitable candidates, manage and support the recruitment team, and oversee training initiatives to enhance team competence.
Key Duties
- Source and recruit candidates to build and expand the team effectively.
- Manage the recruitment team to ensure optimal productivity and coordination.
- Provide continuous support fostering team development and performance.
- Organize and handle training programs to skill up the team members.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from 15,000 to 60,000 INR.
