Overview
An expanding talent acquisition team in Chester is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Resourcer who enjoys a busy, goal-focused environment. Job details
- Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 per year, depending on experience, plus an uncapped commission scheme.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with every second Friday off.
- Employment type: Permanent role.
Role summary
In this position, you will work within a fast-moving Talent Acquisition team, identifying, screening, and matching candidates to a variety of vacancies. The role involves regular phone-based candidate qualification, with a target of assessing at least 15 candidates each day. You will also make use of candidate search platforms, participate in local recruitment fairs, maintain accurate data and records, and prepare CVs for submission.

Requirements
- Previous background as a Recruitment Resourcer or in a similar recruitment-focused role.
- Confident manner with resilience, determination, and a strong desire to achieve.
- Comfortable using technology, with solid administrative and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
