Role overview

This opportunity is for a recruiter at mid-to-senior level, ideally with prior agency recruitment exposure and a preference for legal recruitment experience. Responsibilities

• Run the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through to placement.
• Search for, screen, and assess potential candidates.
• Balance and manage expectations between clients and job seekers.
• Drive deal closure and help complete successful placements.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships across the market.
• Advise on hiring needs, candidate fit, and current market trends.
• Understand the legal profession and the relevant law firm or company to act as an effective recruitment partner.

Requirements

• Mid-to-senior level recruiting experience, preferably gained in an agency environment.
• Experience in legal recruitment is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.
• Ability to work to demanding deadlines.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently.
• Strong team orientation and willingness to collaborate.
