Role and Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant focusing on the Data Center sector, you will be responsible for managing your own recruitment desk with full autonomy. Responsibilities include taking ownership of the recruitment process from job intake through candidate sourcing, interviewing, and closing hires. You will act as a strategic partner to international clients and play a key role in the career development of elite candidates.

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial client engagement to final candidate placement.
• Provide clients with critical market intelligence such as salary benchmarking, talent mapping, and competitor analysis.
• Identify and engage both active and passive talent through social media, job boards, and proprietary databases.
• Develop strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor solving hiring challenges beyond just resume submission.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and proficiency with modern recruitment software tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-focused environment while enjoying collaborative teamwork.
