Job Overview

This role is based in Jurong East, easily accessible by walking. Working hours are from Monday to Friday during standard office hours. The compensation package includes a base salary complemented by unlimited commission. Additionally, employees have opportunities for international company trips and participation in dynamic company events.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and source suitable candidates to fill designated roles effectively.
• Conduct initial candidate screening interviews to assess qualifications and suitability.
• Serve as the communication bridge between internal teams and candidates, coordinating interview schedules and managing the offer process.
• Carry out any other tasks as delegated by management.
