About the Role

Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to join its IMEA Recruitment Team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal position entails managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for experienced hires and Partners across the Middle East and the broader IMEA region. You will collaborate with Partners, business leaders, and recruiting teams to identify and secure high-caliber talent, supporting the firm's growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of Recruiting to implement recruitment strategies aligned with regional business needs and growth priorities.
  • Spearhead Partner recruitment efforts, including market research, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations in coordination with IMEA leadership.
  • Provide expert advice to Partners and senior management on market trends, hiring plans, and talent strategies.
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor recruitment metrics, optimize hiring results, and refine recruitment processes.
  • Contribute to regional talent acquisition initiatives and enhance the overall IMEA recruiting function.
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects focused on experienced professionals, leadership roles, and Partner-level positions, creating innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines using proactive sourcing, networking, and referral channels.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through efficient, inclusive, and high-quality recruitment procedures.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, share market intelligence, and facilitate prompt decision-making.
  • Oversee relationships with executive search firms, agencies, and RPO providers to ensure quality and value.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams regionally and globally to exchange best practices and maintain consistency.
  • Mentor and coach recruiting team members to promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and ongoing development.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead initiatives that bolster Oliver Wyman's employer brand and strengthen engagement with talent communities.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in fast-paced, professional environments.
  • Proven ability managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple seniority levels, including executive and Partner hires.
  • Experience within professional services, management consulting, or client-centric industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the Middle East talent market, industry competitors, and market trends.
  • Track record of building trusted partnerships and influencing senior stakeholders in complex organizations.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment data, market insights, and analytics to guide hiring strategies.
  • Experience in workforce planning, forecasting, and managing recruitment budgets.
  • Demonstrated success leading recruitment projects and delivering results under pressure.
