Role Overview
The Recruiting Associate will play a key role in supporting the US talent acquisition team by managing end-to-end recruitment activities. This involves facilitating smooth coordination of interview schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring compliance with hiring policies and labor laws, and maintaining effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders for a streamlined hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist recruiters in scheduling interviews across various US time zones to optimize candidate and interviewer availability.
- Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate administrative tasks including background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding documentation to ensure compliance and timely processing.
- Communicate with candidates to provide interview information, gather feedback, and guide them through subsequent recruitment stages.
- Prepare and distribute employment offer letters and related documentation as part of the hiring process.
- Ensure adherence to US labor regulations and internal hiring protocols to mitigate compliance risks.
- Generate recruitment metrics, reports, and dashboards to monitor hiring effectiveness and assist decision-making.
- Support job postings on various job boards and social media to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate timely candidate feedback and recruitment process updates.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Any graduate degree is acceptable.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in end-to-end recruitment processes.
