Role Overview
We are looking for a Recruiter dedicated to significantly expanding our workforce by doubling the team size within the year. This position involves leading end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to foster and scale our remote-first cultural environment, directly contributing to building the infrastructure for next-generation enterprise software.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle including sourcing passive candidates, managing pipelines, and successfully closing hires across Go-To-Market (GTM) and Engineering, Product, Design (EPD) teams.
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring leaders by crafting interview processes and utilizing data-driven insights to refine recruitment and employer branding approaches.
- Lead initiatives promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, while enhancing referral networks to create a high-quality, diverse workforce focused on AI infrastructure.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in recruiting and growing early-stage teams across GTM and technical disciplines such as engineering, product, and design.
- Strong emotional intelligence paired with analytic skills to influence decision-making in a rapidly evolving, high-growth context.
- Demonstrates ownership, urgency, and creativity in sourcing elite talent suited for a remote-first startup developing intricate developer tools.

WorkOS offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $170,000 per year complemented by equity options.
