Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle ensuring a smooth, engaging, and values-driven experience from initial contact through to hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand current and upcoming recruitment needs and define role requirements clearly.
- Leverage global recruitment tools, programs, and sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Develop and maintain talent pools and sourcing strategies to meet workforce and competency demands.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to recognize trends, facilitate decision-making, and continuously enhance recruitment processes.
- Incorporate Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion principles throughout recruitment to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Build and sustain effective stakeholder relationships organization-wide to align recruitment priorities and manage expectations.
- Drive initiatives for ongoing improvement of recruitment efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
Who You Are
You are a motivated recruitment expert who enjoys relationship-building and crafting excellent candidate journeys. Your strengths lie in sourcing talent, managing stakeholders, and partnering closely with hiring managers. Comfortable with data and digital tools, you apply commercial insights to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least three years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a comparable area.
- Proven skills in talent sourcing, attracting candidates, and building talent pipelines with hands-on experience managing full recruitment cycles and recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities, demonstrated through successful collaborations with leadership to meet business needs.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and implement process enhancements.
- Good understanding and practical application of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion principles in recruitment.
