Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Recruiter to join our team and play a vital role in attracting and engaging top talent as we scale. This position involves active candidate sourcing, evaluating resumes, conducting preliminary screenings, managing interview logistics, and maintaining ongoing candidate communications. The Recruiter will work closely with recruiting teams, hiring managers, and Human Resources to ensure a streamlined hiring process. This opportunity is ideal for those seeking a long-term career path in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and targeted outreach to identify qualified candidates.
• Assess applications and resumes to shortlist candidates who meet job criteria.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to gauge candidates' skills, experience, motivation, and fit.
• Document detailed screening notes and provide recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Arrange interviews, manage calendars, send confirmations and meeting links, and handle scheduling adjustments with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain professional, timely communication with candidates, following up on feedback and next steps.
• Keep comprehensive candidate records, interview notes, and manage pipeline stages using Greenhouse.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Assist with job posting management, recruiting metrics, offer coordination, pre-employment processes, and onboarding transitions.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, interview coordination, human resources, or relevant internships.
• Proficient at reviewing resumes, candidate communication, and coordinating schedules with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of handling professional phone and video calls confidently.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Respect for confidentiality when managing sensitive candidate and employee data.
• Willingness to learn recruiting technologies and competence with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• A proactive, service-driven attitude with a sincere interest in developing a career in talent acquisition.

Additional Beneficial Experience

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse.
• Experience in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other platforms.
• Previous recruiting work in engineering, manufacturing, operations, sales, or corporate fields.
• Background working in fast-paced environments such as tech startups or hardware manufacturing firms.
• Knowledge of recruiting metrics, pipeline reporting, and candidate engagement strategies.
