Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Record to Report (R2R) Team Lead based in Kolkata. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end R2R process, ensuring accuracy in finance and accounting functions while leading a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Record to Report activities within Finance and Accounting.
- Manage General Ledger maintenance, month-end close processes, reconciliation tasks, and fixed asset accounting.
- Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in R2R processes and related ERP systems.
- Drive process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Mentor and lead the team to achieve operational excellence.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Record to Report or Finance and Accounting functions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a subject matter expert within R2R.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role managing teams.
- Lean Six Sigma certification required.
- Strong expertise in SAP and JD Edwards ERP systems.
- Proficient with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Educational qualifications include B.Com, M.Com, or CA preferred.
Compensation
Annual salary range is between 1,100,000 to 1,200,000 INR.
