Job Role Overview
As the initial point of contact for our patrons at D9 Unisex Salon and Spa in Bengaluru, the receptionist plays a crucial role in greeting clients both in person and over the phone. This position involves managing all front-desk interactions to ensure a welcoming and smoothly functioning environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
- Take detailed messages and convey information accurately to the concerned individuals.
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments or personnel as needed.
- Monitor voicemails regularly and return missed calls to maintain effective communication.
Compensation
