Job Overview
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team and assist in managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates, budgeting, and monitoring expenses to ensure projects are completed within financial limits.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed cost estimates and create comprehensive project budgets.
- Calculate quantities by analyzing architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) along with tender documentation.
- Examine drawings, specifications, and related contract documents for accuracy.
- Request, assess, and compare quotations received from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Compile and evaluate tender proposals from bidders.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and variations with stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor project costs and generate regular cost reports for management.
Eligibility
Open to all qualified candidates interested in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is between 20,000 and 35,000 INR per month.
