Job overview
TWG Tea Company is seeking a careful and well-organized Quality Officer to strengthen its food safety and compliance processes. The role requires practical exposure to HACCP-based food safety management and SFA food safety requirements, along with strong administrative support skills such as document control and data entry. You will help ensure that products and processes meet standards for food safety, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
Food safety and compliance
- Help put HACCP and SFA food safety requirements into practice and keep them running within the warehouse.
- Carry out routine checks and maintain records to support food hygiene and regulatory compliance.
- Update food safety files, records, and SOPs as needed.
Audit and certification support
- Prepare documents and coordinate activities for both internal and external audits, including Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance audits.
- Follow up on audit findings by supporting corrective and preventive actions and keeping the related paperwork in order.
- Ensure certification records remain current, complete, and easy to retrieve.
Administrative duties
- Handle data entry, maintain logs, and support document control workflows.
- Assist in preparing reports, compliance files, and production documentation.
- Work with the production team to gather information on time and stay audit-ready.

Requirements
- One of the following qualifications or an equivalent level of hands-on experience is needed: HACCP, ISO 22000 Internal Auditor, FSSC 22000, or Food Safety Course Level 3.
- Good working knowledge of HACCP principles and Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulatory expectations.
- Prior involvement in internal and/or external audits is expected.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage compliance-related documentation accurately.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience working in a food manufacturing environment is mandatory.
