Quality Management System (QMS) Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Management System Supervisor to lead the development, execution, and upkeep of an efficient Quality Management System within our organization. This position involves managing company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high-quality operational compliance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and maintain company policies, procedures, SOPs, and related documentation to align with quality standards.
• Perform internal auditing activities and manage follow-up actions to address any identified issues or non-conformities.
• Organize and facilitate external audits by third-party and certification bodies to verify compliance.
• Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, audit plans, compliance tracking tools, and risk and control documentation.
• Ensure adherence to approved policies and procedures throughout the organization.
• Contribute to the enhancement of the company’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or other relevant fields.
• Preferred certifications include ISO 9001 Lead or Internal Auditor, CIA, CRMA, CISA, or other recognized Quality Management System and GRC credentials.
