Quality Management Employee (m/f/div.) - Composites Division

Overview of Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee measuring equipment to ensure operational capability
• Handle complaint processing and monitor follow-ups
• Creation and maintenance of item data records
• Review and approve offers and orders
• Draft and update SHEQ and quality documentation
• Provide support and actively participate in customer projects
• Plan and execute internal and external audits
• Conduct statistical process control analyses
• Lead and coordinate projects within the department

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completed university degree, preferably with additional qualification as Quality Management Representative or Internal Auditor (EN 9100 standard)
• Professional experience in quality management roles
• Thorough knowledge of quality management and EN 9100; experience in aerospace industry is an advantage
• Practical skills in auditing and maintaining controlled documentation
• Proficient with MS Office applications and SAP software
• Quick learner with self-reliant, structured work methods and strong technical understanding
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Excellent communication skills and high adaptability
• Good command of written and spoken English

These high-tech, "Made in Rhineland-Palatinate" products are distributed worldwide and are integrated into many modern commercial aircraft.

The foundation is the ultra-lightweight CORMASTER® honeycomb structures made at the Selters location. These are further processed into semi-finished products and components at the Siershahn facility, where advanced machinery shapes the CORMASTER® honeycomb into various forms. The components serve not only aircraft interiors but also aerospace and high-performance sports applications, focusing on sustainable performance improvements through weight reduction.
