Job Overview
As a Quality Control Engineer at DND Machinery Private Limited, you will be responsible for monitoring the quality assurance aspects of mechanical engineering projects to comply with industry norms and regulations. Your role involves planning, scheduling, and overseeing project execution to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise quality assurance processes related to mechanical engineering assignments, ensuring standards are upheld.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams such as design, production, and quality to streamline workflows and meet project goals.
- Identify and solve significant challenges during projects, using critical decision-making to preserve project integrity.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and team members to improve overall team effectiveness.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvements and innovation within mechanical engineering practices to boost efficiency and quality.
- Participate in technical discussions with clients, resolve their issues, and ensure the engineering solutions address their requirements.
- Handle technical upgrades, modifications, troubleshooting, customer support, and maintain safety protocols.
