Role Purpose

The Quality Auditor's key role is to develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Assurance program within the QA department. This includes ensuring inspection protocols are sufficient to comply with regulatory demands, reviewing documentation and procedures, scheduling audits, and continuously monitoring the system’s effectiveness. The role entails reporting trends relating to deviations from regulations and standard operating procedures, managing study schedules, and safeguarding data integrity. Occasionally, the auditor may evaluate vendors or contracting partners for quality compliance and may undertake additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least five years of experience in auditing, with manufacturing sector experience preferred.
• Diploma, degree, or relevant certification in Quality Assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of quality control standards and testing methods.
• Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
