QA/QC Manager - Seawater Projects

Job Overview

We seek a seasoned QA/QC Manager to join our team in Qatar, specializing in managing quality assurance and control for seawater construction projects. The ideal candidate will lead quality initiatives ensuring compliance with QatarEnergy standards, project specifications, and leading international quality guidelines while fostering continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all QA/QC operations related to RG Injection Header and seawater projects.
• Create, execute, and uphold quality plans, procedures, and documentation aligned with project demands.
• Guarantee adherence to QatarEnergy protocols, project requirements, and applicable international standards.
• Manage inspections, testing procedures, audits, and quality assessments within the project.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to address and resolve quality challenges.
• Drive monitoring and enhancement of quality performance across project phases.
• Lead and guide the QA/QC team to meet established quality objectives.
• Compile comprehensive quality reports and maintain meticulous quality records.
• Ensure all quality criteria are fulfilled prior to project handover and completion.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or allied field.
• At least 15 years of comprehensive QA/QC experience within large-scale oil & gas or infrastructure projects.
• Direct experience with RG Injection Header and seawater project environments.
• Proven background in managing QA/QC on QatarEnergy assignments.
• In-depth knowledge of QA/QC methodologies, international quality standards, inspection techniques, and documentation management.
• Strong leadership qualities paired with excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Adaptability and capability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced project settings.
