Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QA Engineer to join our expanding team in Niš, Serbia. Ideal candidates are pragmatic, strong communicators, eager to learn, and collaborative team players passionate about technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual test case execution and interpret results.
• Document, report, and track software defects.
• Create and maintain test case documentation.
• Verify and re-test client and stakeholder reported bugs.
• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in software quality assurance roles.
• Proven ability in designing, documenting, and executing test cases.
• Experience with manual and/or automated testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of bug tracking systems such as Jira.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project environments.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Clear, structured communication capabilities.
• Pragmatic and solution-focused attitude.
• Fluent in English.
