Role Overview
This position covers responsibilities both in Automation/QA engineering and Performance engineering, requiring diverse skills in programming, testing frameworks, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automation test scripts using programming languages, primarily Python.
- Utilize automation frameworks such as Selenium with Java, Robot with Selenium WebDriver, Code Cept, Cypress, Appium, Postman, and Rest Assured to execute testing processes.
- Execute software testing life cycle activities effectively to ensure quality deliverables.
- Design and apply non-functional requirements testing strategies.
- Perform thorough performance tests including throughput, endurance, concurrency, and stress testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Load Ninja, or Web Load.
- Analyze and interpret performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize system behavior.
Candidate Requirements
- Solid experience in at least one programming language, preferably Python.
- Profound knowledge of automation frameworks and software testing life cycles.
- Demonstrable experience in non-functional requirements testing and performance testing tools.
- Strong analytical skills concerning system performance factors.
- Proficient in planning and executing multiple types of performance testing to validate system robustness under varied conditions.

The role is based in Pune, India and suits candidates with a technical background in engineering.
