The firm is seeking a Public Relations Manager who will also serve as a Communication Manager. This role is pivotal in managing both internal and external communications, strengthening brand positioning, and enhancing the corporate image.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and implement PR and communication plans that support the company's objectives.
• Handle media engagement including press releases and official corporate announcements.
• Manage internal communications to ensure cohesive messaging across all departments.
• Establish and nurture connections with media personnel, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Supervise brand communication on both online and offline channels.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and senior leadership to coordinate campaigns and events.
• Track public sentiment and manage communication during crisis situations.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Have between two and five years of experience in roles involving public relations, corporate communication, or brand management.
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication capabilities.
• Exhibit excellent networking and relationship cultivation skills.
• Experience within the financial services or corporate domains is advantageous.
