Role Overview
We are seeking a Property Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of multiple properties, including aged care facilities, retirement villages, home care locations, and a school in regional Queensland. This hands-on leadership position entails managing day-to-day grounds and maintenance operations, ensuring all sites are safe, attractive, and compliant with legislative standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead maintenance and groundskeeping teams across various sites within the Bundaberg and Hervey Bay regions.
- Ensure scheduled and on-call maintenance tasks are completed effectively, maintaining the properties and gardens to high standards.
- Fulfill all policy and legislative requirements related to property upkeep and safety.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant certification or extensive experience in maintenance, carpentry, building trades, groundskeeping, or related technical fields.
- Proven leadership capabilities with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrable knowledge of garden care and grounds maintenance practices.
- Experience in the maintenance and repair of small machinery and equipment.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Blue Card (Working with Children suitability) are mandatory.
