A luxury real estate brokerage in Dubai is looking for an ambitious Property Consultant to join its growing team. The position is focused on premium property sales in one of the most competitive real estate markets, with an emphasis on performance, client service, and long-term professional growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on real estate experience in Dubai.
• Solid knowledge of off-plan and secondary luxury properties.
• Proven ability to sell, negotiate, and close high-value deals successfully.
• Strong capability in relationship building and bringing in new clients.
• Confident communication and polished presentation skills.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and focused on targets and results.
• A valid UAE driving license is considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and represent upscale residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
• Provide guidance to local and international investors with high net worth.
• Develop lasting relationships with clients and maintain regular engagement.
• Arrange and conduct premium property viewings and presentations.
• Handle the sales journey end to end, from initial lead through final closure.
• Ensure a high standard of service throughout the client experience.
