Project Manager

Role overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to work from the Riga office and lead a variety of cross-functional initiatives that support development and expansion in the iGaming sector. The position calls for excellent organization, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to steer complex projects in a fast-moving, international, and highly regulated setting.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional iGaming projects while keeping schedules, budgets, and quality targets on track.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Track progress closely, spot issues or deviations early, and apply corrective, preventative, or mitigation actions as needed.
• Work with internal departments, external suppliers, and business partners to keep project activities moving smoothly.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentation materials for leadership review.
• Make sure projects follow contractual obligations, agreements, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Share regular progress updates with management and suggest ways to improve project management practices.

• Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, and coordinating project work.
• Strong analytical judgment and confident decision-making ability.
• Hands-on experience in project budgeting, cost management, change control, and resource planning.
• Ability to interpret and use technical documentation and project specifications.
• Clear, professional communication skills for explaining project matters, internal rules, and procedures.
• Strong presentation ability and comfort in presenting change or new ideas.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the maturity to handle conflict professionally.
• High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability.
• Comfort working under pressure and managing several priorities at once.
• Good collaboration and networking skills, including the ability to work effectively with people from different roles and backgrounds.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written, for communication with management, partners, and external service providers.

Tools and technical knowledge

• Confident use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.

Certifications

Professional project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are an added advantage.
