Role and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, translating client requirements into actionable project tasks.
• Analyze client needs, propose additional offerings, and hold discussions to refine project goals.
• Manage project schedules, coordinate tasks to meet deadlines, and diligently track progress.
• Ensure seamless execution of project requirements by both clients and team members.
• Participate actively in operational functions and assist the CEO with organizational duties.
• Contribute to the development and future planning of our confidential stealth-mode product.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Some prior experience in project management or client servicing, particularly within digital product environments such as websites, booking systems, or apps.
• A keen interest and understanding of technology; programming knowledge is not mandatory, but familiarity with APIs and online booking technologies is advantageous.
• Organized, methodical working style with the capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills combined with enthusiasm for collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity about the hospitality industry; while prior experience is a plus, it is not essential.
• Fluency in German and English languages.
