Project Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to oversee operations and maintenance for a large-scale facility, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled with utmost client satisfaction and operational excellence. The role demands in-depth technical expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS), mainly Siemens BMS or similar, alongside strong capabilities in project and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational and maintenance activities of a significant facility.
• Lead and coordinate the maintenance team to execute work efficiently onsite.
• Ensure adherence to contracts, client key performance indicators (KPIs), and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes.
• Evaluate technical documentation including reports, engineering proposals, maintenance plans, and system performance data.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and the operational team.
• Develop and sustain robust client relationships through ongoing communication and performance assessments.
• Generate project documentation and drive initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental (HSE), quality, and legal standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 10 years of pertinent experience, including substantial managerial roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing large Facilities Management or Maintenance contracts.
• Proficient knowledge of Siemens BMS or comparable Building Management Systems.
• Experienced in overseeing large facility sites and diverse maintenance teams.
• Successful track record of meeting client KPIs and contractual targets.
• Strong leadership qualities along with excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
• Familiarity with HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, and Building Automation Systems is beneficial.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Preference will be given to applicants who blend solid BMS technical knowledge with extensive project management experience, especially those who have led large facilities, consistently delivered client KPIs, and managed high-performing teams.
