Overview
This position is for a Project Manager located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on local project coordination and client engagement. The role involves managing projects, liaising with clients and government bodies, assisting in proposal and RFP responses, and contributing to regional sales efforts for Milliman’s service offerings.

The company operates extensively across the GCC region, partnering with insurers, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and monitoring of detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with client goals.
- Coordinate among cross-functional teams to ensure projects proceed efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Oversee project scopes, deliverables, and critical milestones ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Produce and maintain effective PowerPoint presentations for project updates, client interactions, and internal use.
- Manage clear communication with stakeholders about project progress, deliverables, and adjustments.
- Provide prompt and data-backed responses to client and team inquiries to maintain transparency and clarity.
- Assist with actuarial data analysis, financial modeling, and related presentations to support consulting engagements.
- Collaborate with actuarial and consulting teams to verify assumptions and project progress.
- Prepare documentation for findings, analytical results, and regulatory reporting as required.
- Ensure documentation quality, data accuracy, and adherence to project standards.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance data handling, analysis, and presentation workflows.
- Participate in knowledge sharing by documenting best practices and project learnings.
- Design client-facing presentations with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and compelling storytelling.
- Translate complex actuarial data into accessible visuals that convey key insights.
- Refine presentation templates and visual guidelines to meet branding and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related disciplines; advanced degrees or project management certifications are advantageous.
- At least five years of experience in project coordination, data analysis, or consulting support, ideally within actuarial or related consulting sectors.
- Proven analytical skills including data management, reporting, and financial model development.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint demonstrated by a portfolio or examples of data-driven presentations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Competence with MS Excel and PowerPoint, capable of synthesizing complex datasets into impactful presentations.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings.
- Team-oriented with problem-solving capabilities and a client-centric mindset.
Additional Information
The role is based in Saudi Arabia and is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals. The candidate will provide project support to consulting services targeting clients in the Middle East and the GCC region.
