Job Overview
This role involves close collaboration with Engineering and Operations teams to accurately define and document project scopes by reviewing inspection documents, analyzing damage images, and preparing detailed Scope of Work (SOW) documents utilizing tools like Smartsheet and internal service requests.
Key Duties
- Review vendor invoices within a 14-day service level agreement, coordinate with project managers and suppliers to resolve issues, and maintain an accurate financial tracking spreadsheet.
- Manage the entire purchase order lifecycle daily, including submitting requests, tracking approvals, handling scope changes, and ensuring timely closure upon invoice receipt.
- Provide miscellaneous operational assistance such as data cleaning, custom report creation, and aid investigations across various platforms like Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Excel.
- Maintain strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in operations support, project coordination, or administrative roles within technical or field settings.
- Proficient with Excel for data tracking, management, and reporting.
- Familiarity with multiple software tools including Smartsheet, Salesforce, and internal proprietary systems.
- Experience handling purchase orders, invoicing, budgeting, and financial tracking.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative ability with engineering and operations teams.
Desired Skills
- Background supporting wind energy, construction, or field service operations.
- Experience in creating Scope of Work documents or technical documentation.
Pay and Benefits
The hourly pay range for this position is $50.00 to $55.02. This non-exempt role qualifies for overtime pay at 1.5 times the base rate for hours over 40 per week or as mandated.
