Overview
This is a support-focused operations role for a services delivery environment. You will work behind the scenes with project managers and delivery leadership, helping keep the organization organized, informed, and financially on track. The position is intended to reduce administrative burden on the delivery team so they can stay focused on customer outcomes.
Role details
Location is remote within India, and the client for this assignment is Cloudframe. The engagement starts as a six-month contract. After that period, the contract may be extended or you may be moved onto the payroll of Indian Consultant.
What you will support
- Day-to-day project administration and follow-ups
- Preparation of status reports and dashboards
- Tracking resource allocation and utilization
- Managing time entry, billing, invoicing, and PO coordination
- Supporting project-related financial administration
- Preparing for meetings and tracking action items
- Maintaining regular operational reporting for management
- Keeping process discipline across the services organization
How the role fits in
The project managers will continue to own delivery execution, project risks, customer commitments, and client communication. Your contribution will be to keep the operational details, reporting, and follow-through well organized so the broader delivery engine runs smoothly.
Requirements
- Overall experience of 5 to 10 years
- Strong organizational ability and disciplined reporting habits
- Prior experience in services operations
- Ability to support financial administration tasks
- Comfort working across project managers, delivery, finance, and leadership teams
- Capability to reduce operational friction for delivery teams
- Mainframe to Java modernization exposure is a plus
- Working knowledge of Mainframe/COBOL or Java/Spring, or both, is helpful
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to handle varied responsibilities

Candidates with a B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization can apply.
Employment terms
This is initially a six-month contract engagement. It may be extended after the first six months or converted to payroll based on business need.
