About the Role
The Project Coordinator works closely with the Project Engineer to manage all technical facets related to the CCTV Sewer Inspection Project. This includes preparing necessary reports, technical submittals, and permit requests while ensuring that the project complies with contractual obligations, specifications, quality benchmarks, and HSE protocols. The role demands close liaison with field teams, client representatives, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all project activities meet contract stipulations.
- Prepare and submit technical documentation, progress reports, and work plans.
- Track and monitor project timelines and overall productivity.
- Assist in tracking quantities and report project progress accurately.
- Organize and maintain comprehensive project records and documentation.
- Record daily inspection data.
- Support the initiation of inspection requests for CCTV surveys.
- Compile reports and submit to clients on schedule.
- Maintain organized records of reports and all project-related documents.
- Provide support for necessary office tasks.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD for project documentation purposes.
- Strong coordination abilities, reporting acumen, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is advantageous.
- Possession of a driving license is beneficial.
- Maintains confidentiality, objectivity, and adheres to company policies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
Educational and Experience Requirements
- Graduation degree with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, GIS, and data entry.
- At least 5 years of pertinent experience encompassing data entry, secretarial functions, document control, and routine office management.
- In-depth understanding of project documentation, technical reporting, and site coordination tasks.
