Role overview
KAYRA DESIGN STUDIO is hiring a Project Coordinator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role supports project planning and execution within interiors/fit-out work and requires close coordination across teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager with day-to-day planning and implementation of project activities.
- Monitor deliverables, schedules, and project-related records to keep work on track.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to maintain a smooth flow of work.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress updates and share status information with stakeholders.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and operating procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications and skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Construction, Interior Design, or Architecture is required.
- Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of project coordination experience in interiors or fit-out projects.
- Strong organization and multitasking ability is essential for this position.
- Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera will be considered an added advantage.
