Job Overview
This role supports the mission of Precision AQ IREC to deliver outstanding investor and public relations counsel within biotechnology and healthcare sectors, acting as a vital team collaborator to oversee timelines, coordinate key deliverables, and drive strategic initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily execution of IREC projects by overseeing timelines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple workstreams to ensure seamless progress.
- Assume responsibility for tactical elements of projects from initial planning to final delivery, guaranteeing punctual and high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor project phases, handle action items, and proactively identify any risks or delays to keep initiatives on track.
- Maintain well-organized documentation, trackers, and project materials for transparency and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align on goals and deadlines.
- Provide logistical and operational support such as scheduling, communications coordination, and vendor management.
- Assist with financial administration, including invoicing and finance team support.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and clients.
- Manage CRM updates and support office-wide communications and management tasks.
- Plan and execute company events, including coordinating logistics, materials, and on-site support to ensure high-quality employee and stakeholder experiences.
- Contribute to new business development by helping create pitch presentations, marketing content, outreach efforts, and managing industry relationships.
- Exhibit leadership by promoting client service excellence, accountability, collaboration, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, with 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with a commitment to quality and client service standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking with initiative, capable of synthesizing information and generating ideas.
- Effective problem solver with analytical skills and ability to apply strategic tools.
- Experienced in project management with aptitude for multitasking and organizing complex logistics and data.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within hybrid team environments.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Technologically adept, including familiarity with AI tools and various software platforms.
- Maintains discretion handling sensitive information professionally.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000 USD annually, depending on skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. Additional benefits include eligibility for discretionary annual bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, parental leave, and paid sick and vacation time.
