Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our Calgary, Alberta office. This full-time onsite role involves collaborating with sales and estimating teams to supply and install commercial washroom and locker room projects. Key tasks include handling shop drawings, coordinating site measurements, attending meetings, processing orders, and managing logistics for product shipping.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales and estimating teams on commercial washroom and locker room project deliveries.
• Collaborate closely with clients to process shop drawings, arrange site measurements, participate in meetings, order products, and manage shipment scheduling.
• Supervise third-party subcontracted installers during site installations.
• Review, price, and pursue change orders on ongoing projects, ensuring profitable outcomes.
• Address and resolve various project issues such as delays, challenging site conditions, installation challenges, and other typical construction obstacles.
• Engage with manufacturer and supplier partners to monitor orders and material deliveries.
• Work alongside other project managers, warehouse personnel, and drivers to ensure seamless project completion.
• Manage project deficiencies and liaise with customers to guarantee full satisfaction upon project completion.
• Support warehouse operations and assist with monthly inventory tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of post-secondary education.
• Familiarity with the construction industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Possession of a valid state driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
