Project Based Internship

About the Program

This project-based internship is built to give interns meaningful ownership from the very beginning. Instead of routine support tasks, you will work on real business projects that have a direct influence on outcomes.

The company accepts applications two times each year. Every intake is organized around project briefs from different functions. During the application process, you will choose your preferred area of interest, and the team will try to place you in a project that aligns with it.

What You Will Do

• Take responsibility for a clearly defined project within the function you select
• Work alongside experienced teams across the organization
• Share your analysis, findings, and final results with stakeholders at the end of the internship
• Bring fresh ideas, question existing approaches, and contribute actively to the work

Who This Program Is For

• Students currently enrolled in, or candidates who have recently finished, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field
• People who are naturally curious, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
• Applicants with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Individuals who can work on their own and stay on top of deadlines and timelines
• Previous internship exposure is helpful but not mandatory
